Who is the workshop for?
The Catalyzer is ideal for anyone who would like expert help to escape from stuckness, stagnation, or inertia and start taking action.
In particular, the Catalyzer is ideal for anyone considering career change but who isn’t in a position to commit to a full career change process (like my Career Change Programme).
Whether you just don’t know what you want to do, or you have too many ideas, or you can’t see your way around the things blocking your path, the Catalyzer will help you produce an action plan of next steps to get your career change underway.
Is this everything I need to change career?
Successful career change is a complex process. I’d urge you to be very cautious about any service or product that claims it can ‘fix’ your career change dilemma in a couple of hours.
To be as effective and helpful as possible within the timeframe, the Catalyzer workshop focuses tightly on a single goal: to get you moving forwards.
If you want more than this, my Career Change Programme is an incredibly thorough process where we really leave no stone unturned.
What happens during the workshop?
We take advantage of Zoom’s screenshare, digital whiteboard, chat and fileshare functions to finalise your achievable plan for your next steps.
Will you suggest career options for me?
Unfortunately, it doesn’t work that way. There are lots of online tests that offer you a list of ‘perfect’ careers that they claim will ‘match’ you.
I work with many people who’ve already tried to change career using this outdated matching approach – needless to say, it didn’t turn out too well for them, which is why they come to me.
Your answers are yours alone. I will help you find them.
